Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring that delicate planters or decor are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
